Richard brings more than 25 years of electricity industry experience to this role and has worked in deregulated markets in England, Canada and the United States.
Prior to joining Bruce Power, Richard worked in various capacities with British Energy before moving to North America to support British Energy’s overseas acquisitions.
He has led a number of functions at Bruce Power including:
In his most recent role as VP Business Development, Richard had responsibility for a portfolio that includes Bruce Power NextGen activities, Bruce Power NetZero, Isotope production and Energy Dispatch.
An MBA graduate from the University of Warwick in the UK, Richard enjoys skiing, soccer and golf in his spare time.
