GLOBE Forum is North America’s premier event for leaders and change-makers at the forefront of advancing a regenerative and equitable economy.

UNEP FI had the opportunity to collaborate with GLOBE Series to host our Regional Roundtable on Sustainable Finance for North America at GLOBExCHANGE. The UNEP FI team was impressed with the professionalism, subject matter knowledge, and commitment to diversity and inclusion exhibited by the GLOBE Series team in the lead up to the roundtable and onsite. The UNEP FI Roundtable was a resounding success, driving impact and outcomes toward the future of sustainable finance, and GLOBE Series contributed immensely to its success.

The GLOBExCHANGE conference surpassed my expectations going into the event. Delegates were provided several opportunities to connect with like-minded, incredibly talented sustainability professionals who are all committed to the same challenge of fighting climate change. The tone of the event was very up-beat, and I left with a renewed sense of motivation that we can do this! The variety of session formats at GLOBExCHANGE kept me engaged, and were incredibly informative. I wish I could have attended more sessions, but look forward to next year’s conference to continue the momentum.

GLOBExCHANGE provided an outstanding platform to convene with leaders in the sustainability space to discuss a wide variety of subjects from scope 3 emissions to sustainable finance. The varying session formats, from plenary sessions to intimate working groups, enabled increased interaction and highlighted a diversity of specializations and perspectives. GLOBExCHANGE was extremely well organized, and I look forward to attending the next GLOBE Series event.

GLOBExChange brought together people at the forefront of the climate change challenge in Canada. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect across industries and to share stories of our successes and challenges. Events like GLOBE help advance the public discourse around climate change and highlight how every person, company, and country must do its part to create climate solutions.
