Bruce Power

Bruce Power Net Zero Inc. is an Ontario corporation which owns and operates a 9 Megawatt renewable energy project located adjacent to Bruce Power. Its purpose is to advance projects that deliver a clean energy mix for the province and Canada. Bruce Power aims to be the first nuclear plant in North America to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2027. Each day Bruce Power produces 30 per cent of Ontario’s electricity and is responsible for the avoidance of about 19 million tonnes of greenhouse gases (GHGs) a year.
