Paul Fletcher joined Aviva Canada in 2001, having previously worked at Aviva in the UK. Paul currently focuses on ensuring strategic alignment and delivery through our major broker distribution partner as their importance in Canada’s distribution landscape continues to increase. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer with a wide remit including Marketing, Sustainability, Communications and Government Relations. Other senior leadership roles in Canada include SVP Ontario, Strategy and Business Transformation Officer and also SVP in Commercial Lines.

Paul holds an MBA from Cranfield University, a post graduate diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and in the UK earned the designation of Chartered Insurer as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
