Freddie Huppé Campbell (she/they) is a proud Two-Spirit Michif person urban raised on Ktunaxa Kinbasket territory, so-called Kimberley, BC. Their Michif family comes from Lac La Biche and the Red River and their settler lineage from France, Scotland, Ireland, and the UK. She strives to learn and grow in identity, culture, language, art and action. Freddie is the Senior Manager of the Energy & Climate team at Indigenous Clean Energy where she works to support community-led clean energy sovereignty and equitable, just climate action on national and global scales. They hope to learn from past and present teachings and ground everything that they do in community and all their relations.
