Amanda Hall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Summit Nanotech. A professional geophysicist with more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, mining industry and as a laboratory scientist, Amanda brings her technical and industry experience to her leadership role in clean energy, shaping the clean technology sector and energy transition. Her passion for the environment and finding innovative solutions to make operations more sustainable and efficient, helped her transition to extracting lithium, a key metal for the global energy transition.
Amanda has been named a 2023 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Prairies Winner and recognized on Business Insider’s Climate Action 30 list in 2023.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Sciences majoring in biology and minoring in physics from University of Toronto and her Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from University of Calgary.
