Ujala Qadir is the Director of Strategic Programs at the Climate Bonds Initiative where she leads the design and implementation of high-impact program, deep collaboration, and thought leadership, with a focus on mobilising capital for adaptation and resilience. She has 18 years of global and diverse experience in sustainable development and climate action. From supporting community resilience in remote rural areas to shaping national policy and global standards – she has been committed to bridging disciplines, cultures, and approaches to drive impact and systemic change to address climate challenges.
