Ms. Tomkins leads the strategic development and execution of all sustainability and social impact activities at TC Energy. She serves as the architect of the company’s overall ESG policy and strategy, including positioning the company as a key partner in the global transition to a net-zero emission economy and making a positive impact on people and the environment. Prior to joining TC Energy, Ms. Tomkins served as Sempra’s Vice-President of Sustainability.
Ms. Tomkins has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, where she graduated Order of the Coif. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, with High Distinction, from Pennsylvania State University. Before moving to Calgary in May 2022, Ms. Tomkins served as a director on the Board of the Cal Poly Pomona Philanthropic Foundation.
