Muhammad has been a facilitator for renowned organizations such as the U.S. State Department, U.K.-Aid, European Union, Conference Board of Canada, and British Council. His leadership in projects like diversity management, team building, and leadership retreats has made a lasting impact on a global scale. 

Academically, Muhammad’s prowess is evident in his master’s degree with dual majors in Human Resource Management and Marketing, complemented by a suite of certificates in diversity, equity and belonging, training, facilitation, strategic quality management, and adult education. This academic foundation has been further enriched by his experience in post-secondary education, where he has served as a faculty member, imparting knowledge and guiding future professionals in his areas of expertise.
