Melissa leads Delphi’s policy services, providing advisory and analytical support across various sectors including health, finance, energy, resources, and transportation. Melissa has more than 15 years of experience as a project manager and policy advisor working on climate change, energy and sustainability issues. She has expertise in climate policy, politics and processes of the international climate change negotiations, climate-health nexus, stakeholder engagement, adaptation and mitigation.
