At COP 26, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called for more countries around the world to adopt carbon pricing, with a goal of covering 60% of global emissions by 2030. Canada and Chile are gathering a partnership of carbon pricing champions to highlight recent progress and commit to working together to advance the adoption and expansion of carbon pricing around the world.

Lors de la COP26, le premier ministre Justin Trudeau a pressé les dirigeants mondiaux d’implanter un prix sur la pollution. L’objectif est de taxer 60 % des émissions mondiales d’ici 2030. Le Canada et le Chili ont conclu un partenariat de champions de la tarification du carbone pour souligner les progrès récents à cet égard et s’engager à travailler ensemble pour faire progresser l’adoption et l’expansion de la tarification du carbone dans le monde.
