The Retreat at GLOBExCHANGE 2025

Often times, conferences and high-level forums can be stressful and can result in high levels of exhaustion and burnout. In response we are upholding the principles shared by Tricia Hersey (also known as “the Nap Bishop”) that “rest is resistance” by creating this quiet, safe space. The Retreat is located in Spruce North at the Sherton Centre Toronto Hotel, and will be open from 0800 – 1700 on February 11 and 12, and from 0800 – 1300 on February 13.

Whether you are seeking a space for prayer, a quiet moment of reflection, or a place to connect with your inner self, the Prayer Room at GLOBExCHANGE is an inclusive space for individuals of all faiths and backgrounds to come together in mindfulness and prayer. The Prayer Room is located in Spruce South at the Sherton Centre Toronto Hotel, and will be open from 0800 – 1700 on February 11 and 12, and from 0800 – 1300 on February 13.
