Taylor Stimpson

Program Manager, Academy for Sustainable Innovation

Taylor Stimpson (she/her) is a settler on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, and the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat and Haudenosaunee. As a McMaster University alumna, holding a B.Eng & Society and MASc in Chemical Engineering, Taylor holds expertise in biomaterials engineering, sustainability, and systems thinking. In Taylor’s roles as Program Manager at the Academy for Sustainable Innovation, Sessional Instructor for McMaster’s capstone course in Engineering & Society, and Steering Committee Director of Participants for Leading Change Canada, she leads course and program design as well as program facilitation for youth and adult learning, while managing several concurrent projects surrounding capacity building for leading the transition to a climate-positive and socially-inclusive future.
