As the Senior Director, Sustainability & Social Impact, Emma has nearly 20 years of expertise in ESG and sustainability strategy. She has led initiatives supporting environmental and social commitments, including plastic waste reduction, food waste reclamation, and carbon reduction projects. Emma has also driven efforts in animal welfare, human rights, and diversity and inclusion. She has supported several household names align their sustainability reporting with global standards and investor expectations. Emma holds a degree in Anthropology from McMaster University, a post-graduate diploma in Marketing Management, and a Certificate in Sustainable Supply Chain Management. She is also an ESG Practitioner (ESG-P) certified by the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence.
