As a Senior Consultant at Delphi, Eleanor is dedicated to helping clients address complex and emerging issues in the fields of climate risk and sustainable finance, while navigating the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Eleanor built her expertise working at the Bank of England, the UK’s central bank, where she established their internal approach to climate risk quantification, risk management, and disclosure. She also supported the Prudential Regulation Authority’s regulatory initiatives, including the development of supervisory expectations on climate risk management and its approach to climate stress testing.
Prior to joining Delphi, Eleanor was a Manager at Deloitte UK, where she supported global financial services clients to quantify, manage and report on their climate-related risks, conduct climate scenario analysis, and develop and implement net zero strategies and transition plans.
Throughout her career, Eleanor has participated in several international regulatory and finance forums on climate, including the Network for Greening the Financial System (a consortium of central banks and regulators), and the UK’s Climate Financial Risk Forum (a regulator-led forum of financial services participants). In these fora, Eleanor collaborated with international industry participants to develop and publish best practice approaches to addressing climate-related risks in the financial sector.
Eleanor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, a post-grad certificate in financial regulation and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Having recently relocated from the UK, Eleanor can be found enjoying city life (gigs, restaurants) and escaping to the great outdoors (hiking, camping and kayaking) in her new home of Vancouver.
