Chrystal Healy, Associate Vice President of Sustainable Development, is responsible for supporting the implementation of BDC’s sustainable development strategy. Her focus is on aiding SMEs in contributing to a clean, low-carbon economy while ensuring the integration of sustainability principles into BDC’s practices to reduce the environmental impact of its operations.
Holding a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in biology, as well as an MBA, Chrystal is a recognized leader with more than 18 years of extensive experience in the field of environment and sustainable development. Chrystal has worked across many industries, gaining a diverse range of expertise and knowledge. She previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at Transat and has also worked as Director of sustainability at Kruger and Quebecor.
