Amy’s professional career has straddled the worlds of politics, industrial and climate policy development, and conservation and Indigenous protected areas. Amy was most recently the Policy and Legislative Director for Rachel Notley and the Official Opposition of Alberta. Before this, she was the Executive Director of Alberta Parks Operations and the Executive Director of Climate Policy for the Government of Alberta where she led large structural pieces of the Alberta Climate Leadership Plan. Amy has worked for governments in Quebec City, Ottawa, and Toronto. She is now back in her hometown of Edmonton, loving the Oilers, hanging with her kiddos, and cross-country skiing in the river valley.
