$20 / sq. ft. (taxes included)
for booth space

The Ontario Pavilion was near the front entrance of the exhibit area. It was a turnkey 1,500 square feet island that featured ten Ontario renewable energy and environmental clean technology companies as well as academia, government and industry partners that offered and collaborated on real and attainable climate change solutions in Canada and around the world.

As an exhibitor in the Ontario Pavilion you benefited from the following services:

B2B Networking Platform:

The Innovation Expo’s B2B networking platform allowed exhibitors, delegates and buyers to connect with each other in advance of doing business at the Innovation Expo. You had the opportunity to enter a full profile, attach brochures, video, etc.

Cleantech Challenge-Pitch Forum: Receive complimentary access to the Challenge-Pitch Forum in the B2B networking platform and propose a solution to one of the sector-specific sustainability challenges prior to GLOBE Forum.

B2B Matchmaking and Speed Dating Programs:

The Innovation Expo helped you screen potential buyers and business partners and facilitate meetings at the GLOBE Forum through speed dating sessions, onsite private meeting rooms and a large B2B lounge on the trade floor.

Present your product and/or solution in the Presentation Theatre (aka SPARK Talks – similar to a TED Talk for cleantech innovators): Submit a 15 minute presentation on a technology breakthrough.

Each kiosk was equipped with a 36” storage cabinet with counter; a back panel with the option of either adding graphics or a flat screen Smart TV (additional cost of $300 applies for the TV); electrical outlet; company name or logo; and one stool.
