Rich Feldman

Pacific Northwest Regional Manager, ECOtality North America, USA

As ECOtality North America's PNW Regional Manger, Rich Feldman is responsible for the planning and development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. He is also responsible for the implementation of the US Department of Energy funded The EV Project in Oregon and Washington. The EV Project is a 6 state 16 city $230 million dollar effort and is the largest EV charging infrastructure project of its type in history.

Seattle Magazine recognized Feldman as one of Seattle's Most Influential People of 2011 for his electric vehicle work.

As Senior Policy Advisor for Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels, he developed the Mayor's nationally recognized electric vehicle agenda. Because of Feldman's efforts, Seattle was selected as 2009 E-Visionary City by the World Electric Vehicle Association.

In 2006, Feldman led "Electrify Transportation in Washington Group" with a state-wide membership of individuals from utility, environmental, business and government organizations that resulted in the establishment of a state electric vehicle demonstration program and an electric vehicle requirement for public fleets.
