We have a limited number of volunteer positions available and always welcome those who are able to contribute at least eight volunteer hours.

Volunteer positions

Room Moderators and Directional Hosts

Help usher people to and from session rooms. You are also responsible for greeting delegates, taking headcounts, passing microphones during Q&As, and occasional time-keeping. This is the only position where you are guaranteed to see some sessions.

Speaker Service Centre

Assist with welcoming and checking in speakers.

Registration/ Information Booth

Assist the Registration Coordinator with handing out badges, providing information to delegates, and general customer service.

Business Lounge

Welcome our delegates to the business lounge and show them to their tables for business to business meetings.


Help our marketing team with directing photographers and social media support.

GLOBE Exchange Volunteers (Feb 10)

Assist with the GLOBE Exchange B2B program on Feb. 10.
