Rena Nickerson

General Manager, SodaStream Canada

Rena Nickerson is the General Manager of SodaStream Canada, which she joined in April 2016. SodaStream has posted 17 consecutive quarters of double-digit year-on-year growth, rising from the 8th to the 4th largest market in the company under Rena’s leadership. Over that same period, Canadian SodaStream users replaced approximately 800 million disposable bottles by making fresh sparkling water at home. SodaStream is Canada’s favourite sparkling water brand, with over 1000 glasses consumed every minute.

Rena is a 20-year Canadian marketing veteran from the consumer packaged goods industry, having led marquis brands ranging from Colgate to Campbell’s to Kraft, and more. She is a frequent marketing awards judge, a passionate public speaker and an active member of several local community organizations in the Greater Toronto Area. A native New Yorker, Rena earned her BA from Columbia University and her MBA at the Schulich School of Business.
