Melissa manages the Climate Change Analytics practice at MaRS Data Catalyst, MaRS Discovery District. In this role Melissa leads conceptualization of provincial-level cleantech sector environmental impact studies as well as national cleantech queries focused on identifying Canada’s decarbonization assets.
Melissa has provided environmental consulting services since 2001 for a wide variety of sectors including cleantech. She has a Masters in Chemical and Biological Engineering (Hon.) from UBC, and a B.Sc. in Geography and Environmental Studies (Bio) from McMaster.
