With more than twenty years of professional experience, Luis has worked in various roles in different size companies in the Construction and Civil Works’ industry, including Sacyr, Bruesa, and Ocide. In these companies, he has held several different positions, including: Site Manager, Company Representative and Contracts Director. Luis is currently the Technical Manager at Cirtec, a company that develops and promotes asphalt mixes produced with additives, based on crumb rubber obtained from ELT´s.
In the last decade he has been primarily focused on matters related to crumb rubber modified bitumen and asphalt mixes made with crumb rubber from ELT´s. Luis worked in these areas firstly as General Manager at Asfaltómeros. More recently, he has been working as a self-employed professional, focusing on the performance of consultancy and mentoring activities related to these matters.
He holds MEng Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica of Madrid.
