Joe is a senior member of the Delphi team, helping clients manage their environmental risk through research, analysis and strategic planning. Joe leads Delphi’s transportation services, working with public and private sector clients to reduce environmental impacts from the movement of people and goods. He also leads work within Delphi’s climate change and clean technology services, delivering a range of services including sustainability and cleantech strategies.
Over the last 12 years with Delphi, Joe has worked with public and private sector clients in transportation, energy, mining, manufacturing, retail and most other sectors of the economy. His recent work in transportation includes being the lead evaluator for Ontario’s Electric and Hydrogen Vehicle Advancement Partnership and working with Natural Resources Canada on the development of a framework for municipal zero emission vehicle strategies.
He has previously worked across the transportation sector, including projects with the Railway Association of Canada, the National Airlines Council of Canada, the Ontario Trucking Association and Electric Mobility Canada. In addition to his work in transportation, Joe has managed multi-stakeholder processes to identify priority areas of cleantech development in the oil and gas sector and provided long-term strategic support to large corporations on issues such as climate policy, GHG and CAC mitigation, alternative fuels and waste. Joe is an excellent communicator with extensive experience developing and facilitating processes that enable diverse groups to solve complex technical and policy challenges.
