Roger Armstrong is the Director of Emission Offsets in the Ministry of Environment and Protected Areas with the Government of Alberta. In his current role, he leads oversight and protocol development for the Alberta Emission Offset System that includes several protocols focused agricultural based activities. Roger has been with the Government of Alberta for 11 years and has held leadership roles in energy efficiency, economic development and technology commercialization.
