With over 15 years of leadership experience in agriculture and life sciences, Ray actively demonstrates how business can serve as a positive force in society. His primary objective is to support BASF’s customers and stakeholders in achieving their sustainability goals and contributing to broader environmental impact.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and an MBA from two leading U.S. universities. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is an engaged volunteer, respected community leader, and dedicated ultramarathon runner.
