Natasha is the Director of Ventures at Creative Destruction Lab-Rockies, an early-stage science and technology accelerator at the University of Calgary. She leads venture recruitment and management across the AgriFood, Energy, and Prime streams, working to help founders translate science into scalable companies. With a focus on food, agriculture, and energy transition, she connects entrepreneurs with the mentors, investors, and partners they need to grow. She is passionate about strengthening Canada’s innovation ecosystem and building pathways for high-potential ventures tackling challenges in sustainable agriculture and food security.
