His achievements include overseeing kitchen operations for multiple ships (up to 26), launching new culinary initiatives, implementing rigorous training programs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Michael’s dedication to excellence has been recognized through awards including, Best Food accolades from Conde Nast Magazine and participation in exclusive culinary programs like The Chefs Boot Camp for Policy and Change by the James Beard Foundation.
