Kevin Auch operates a dry land and irrigated farm with his wife Laurel and 2 employees near Carmangay, Alberta. Graduating from U of Alberta Agriculture in 1985, he’s always been interested in conservation farming, and has a lifelong interest in trying to do things better. Kevin grows a variety of crops, and is currently in a 5 year crop rotation, but is always looking for new ways to sustainably and profitably increase the diversity of his rotation. Soil health has dramatically improved on his farm over the last several decades. Kevin has served on many Agriculture Boards over the years, and is currently with the Alberta Pulse Growers and Pulse Canada.
