Jerry Bos

President, Boscenic Farms Ltd.

Jerry is a multi-generational farmer with experience in hogs, beef and most recently dairy. He farms in New Brunswick with his family, including his father, mother, sister, wife and their two young sons. Having grown up farming hogs and beef cattle and eventually making the transition to dairy, Jerry has a wide view of animal agriculture. He has further broadened this through industry engagement, currently Jerry sits on the AAFC Consumer Demand and Market Trends Sector Engagement Table, is former chair of the Canadian Agricultural Youth Council, is Vice-Chair of the Canadian Young Farmers Forum, and has been involved in Dairy Farmers of Canada’s Leadership Program. Jerry hopes to use these opportunities to learn and also to speak about topics in agriculture of importance to him such as agricultural education and ag policy to name a few.
