Fiona is currently, the Program Manager for the On Farm Climate Action Fund Program at RDAR. Fiona brings many years of experience working in the agriculture/environment field. She has developed and delivered numerous programs for farmers and ranchers in Alberta. She has had the opportunity to be on farms and assist with program development and stakeholder engagement across Canada, in all provinces and territories except two. She brings a broad range of experience working within government, the private sector and non-profit organizations including crop insurance, lending, and environment policy work. She was the first in Canada to get a license to grow hemp. She is a first-generation owner/operator of a black angus cow calf operation.
