Bringing youth voices to the table, McDonald’s is hosting a facilitated roundtable with young farmers, ranchers, and agriculture and food professionals. The conversation will explore how industry and young leaders can collaborate to build a more resilient future, and ways to expand access to mentorship, education, and leadership opportunities in Canada.
Roundtables are focused, invite-only conversations bringing together 10–15 leaders and experts to engage with a set of curated discussion questions. Designed to spark open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving, they serve as a cornerstone of GLOBE’s intentional spaces —where speakers work to identify actionable outcomes that extend well beyond the event.
