Jessica helps Delphi clients navigate the complex policy and regulatory landscape, providing advisory and analytical support across various sectors and markets.
A self-proclaimed ‘policy wonk’, Jessica has over seven years of experience working on climate change, energy and sustainability issues. Prior to joining Delphi, Jessica worked with the Climate Change and Energy team at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). She also spent time as a Balsillie Fellow with the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and has worked for the Parliament of Canada.
Jessica has a Master of International Public Policy degree from the Balsillie School of International Affairs, Wilfrid Laurier University along with a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University.
In her life outside of Delphi, Jessica enjoys all things active, including running, baseball and ultimate frisbee. She and her husband also enjoy travelling, exploring Toronto’s restaurant scene, and never-ending home improvement projects.
