Clean Energy Counsel attorney, Martin Gitlin, advises clients across all sectors of the clean energy industry. Mr. Gitlin also represents clients on matters relating to carbon trading and climate finance.
Mr. Gitlin was previously Managing Director of Noble Group, managing the firm’s US environmental commodities trading book, Chief Legal Officer of AgCert, a pioneer developer of greenhouse gas offsets, and partner at Baker & Hostetler, LLP. He has a JD from the Harvard Law School, an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School and an A.B. from UC Berkeley.
